Riley is a highly skilled Level 3 Chef de Partie, currently working at one of the country’s most prestigious high-end restaurants and luxury hotels. With experience in fine dining and a deep passion for nutrition-focused cooking, Riley brings both creativity and precision to every plate.

Dedicated to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Riley curates meals that are not only delicious but also designed to nourish and energize. Whether we are heading out for an adventure or looking to unwind and recharge, you can count on meals that support your wellbeing from the inside out.

Expect balanced, seasonal dishes packed with flavour, mindful of dietary needs, and aligned with the active, health-focused spirit of the retreat.

Michelle

Your Retreat Coach

 

Bubbly, outgoing, and full of energy, Michelle is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, working with clients both one-to-one and in group settings. A dedicated HYROX enthusiast and passionate coach, Michelle brings high energy, motivation, and a love for pushing limits.

Alongside fitness, Michelle is also a qualified holistic therapist, blending physical training with a mindful, whole-body approach to wellbeing. This unique combination helps clients not only transform their bodies but also shift their mindset.

Her belief: “Your mind is your biggest obstacle – once you believe you can, anything is possible.” Expect to be supported, challenged, and inspired to turn your “can’t” into “can.”
 

Clare

Your Retreat Coach

 

Clare is a passionate fitness professional with a deep belief that exercise is powerful medicine for both the body and mind. With Level 3 & 4 PT qualifications, including specialisms in mental health and exercise coaching, Clare brings a unique, holistic approach to training.

With experience coaching individuals, groups, and online clients, she focuses on helping people build real confidence in their own strength and resilience—both mentally and physically.

Clare’s philosophy is simple but powerful: “No one is coming to save you – learn to show up for yourself.” Expect empowering sessions that challenge you to grow, push your limits, and reconnect with your own potential"
