Who is this retreat for?
Our Swanage and Studland fitness retreat is for adults aged 22–70 who want to build strength, confidence and mental clarity. Most attendees are women, but all are welcome.

Do I need to be fit already?
No. Sessions are scalable and suitable for beginners through to experienced trainers.

Is this a bootcamp?
No. This is a structured day designed to challenge, support, and restore you, with a balanced mix of movement, wellness, and relaxation.

What makes this retreat different?
We combine evidence-based training with genuine nervous system recovery and chef-prepared meals. It’s performance and peace in the same day.

Is £120 for the full day?
Yes — all coaching, wellness sessions and food are included.

What if I'm not a runner?
All abilities welcome, a scenic walk with one of the trainers is another option

Do I have to go in the sea whilst using the sauna?
This is optional however very beneficial. All we can ask is that you're open - minded.
